Job summary

Real People Cares LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide care and support to adults with mental illness in a licensed Adult Foster Care home.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, prepare meals, oversee medications per policy, observe changes, and provide companionship. Maintain a safe living environment and complete required documentation and incident reports. Follow state licensing requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene).
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Remind or assist residents with medications according to facility policy.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.
