Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking a Direct Care Worker in Lake Orion, MI to provide compassionate, in-home support and help clients maintain independence. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, document care, and follow individualized care plans.

You’ll work with clients on personal care, mobility, meals, and safety, while receiving ongoing training and enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and patient.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
