Cornerstone AFC is hiring Direct Care Workers to support residents in home health and caregiving settings. No experience is required, with paid training and flexible schedules available.

Starting pay is $17.13 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a supportive team. Positions include full-time and part-time roles across Kalamazoo, Van Buren, Allegan, Branch and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or caregiving is a plus
• Driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities and safety in a home environment
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene and medication reminders
