Job summary

Project New Generation LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker in Glendale, AZ to support individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. This role emphasizes dignity, independence, and person-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility and transfers, implementing care plans, documenting progress, supporting community activities, monitoring health, and following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe, respectful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in direct care or human services preferred.
• Valid fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
