Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Site Supervisor in the Corinth/Denton, TX area to oversee staff, support individuals, and ensure quality services. The role includes ISP implementation, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of caregivers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, one year of related work experience, and a valid driver's license with appropriate insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
