Job summary

Grace Care Homes is seeking Direct Care Staff to support residents in a residential treatment setting in Oregon. You will administer medications, assist with ADL/IADL, prepare meals, and provide companionship while maintaining safety and compliance with OAR 309-035-0100 and relevant regulations.

Weekend shifts and a $22–$24 hourly pay range are offered, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in medication administration (passing, checking meds, counting, verifying with pharmacy/doctor).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Job Title: Direct Care Staff

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Home staff to support individuals with severe and persistent mental health challenges in a Residential Treatment Home. This role is essential in fostering a safe, supportive, and structured environment for our residents. All duties must be performed in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 309-035-0100, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Schedule & Compensation

Weekend Shift: Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Range: $22 – $24 per hour
