Job summary

Merry Care is seeking Direct Care Workers to assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and companionship, in a care setting. You will help with bathing, toileting, dressing and daily hygiene, and assist with light housework and errands.

Applicants must have CPR within the last two years, a physical exam within the last year, and a current 2-step TB test. A criminal background check will be conducted, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Direct Care or caregiving preferred.
• CPR certification within last two years.
• Physical examination within last year.
• 2-step TB test within last year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship during activities such as grocery shopping and appointments.
• Perform light housework including dishes, laundry and vacuuming.
