Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians for its Inpatient division in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills and pre-vocational training, plus documentation and case management, delivering crisis intervention and counseling to adults with serious mental illness in an inpatient setting.
Available shifts include Day 7am–7pm and Night 7pm–7am.
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Inpatient division! As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a inpatient setting.
Available shift: Day Shift 7am to 7pm, Night Shift 7pm to 7am
