Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Coordinator for our Coraopolis, PA program. The role leads site operations, ensures compliance with PA Office Of Developmental Programs regulations, and oversees daily activities to support individuals served.

The position also serves as primary supervision on the second shift with the House Manager and Direct Support Professionals, ensuring health and safety and smooth operations during every shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-based compliance with PA ODPR regulations and Merakey policies.
• Lead on second shift supervision with House Manager and DSPs.
• Ensure health, safety, and satisfaction of individuals served.

Additionally, this position will be the primary supervision on second shift with House Manager and site based Direct Support Professionals (House Manager Aide.)
