Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for evening shifts in Fall River, MA. You will join a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program and help with daily activities, meals, and personal care to ensure a structured routine.

No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job paid training, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions.

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and meals.
• Assist with medical appointments and personal care.

Direct Care Professionals - Part Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
$22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-9pm, Friday 3pm-11pm

What do I need to join the team?

What Does the Job Entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

What are Community Outings?

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling
