Job summary
People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with development disabilities in a residential setting. Part-time, full-time, or relief positions available across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas. Training provided; no prior experience required.
Health and other benefits offered to benefit-eligible staff. Positions include 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekend options. You’ll work with a team in a compassionate, growth-oriented environment that values

- TB screening and Physical required upon hire with updates every two years
Responsibilities
- Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with daily activities and maintaining a structured routine.
- Provide meal preparation, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution as needed

- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes
