Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in Massachusetts. Positions include 21.00/hour, rising to 22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Schedule includes Saturdays 9am-11pm and Tue/Wed 1pm-11pm, with multiple openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas. No experience is required as we provide free on-the-job paid training, career development and opportunities for growth within a supportive, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
$22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
