Description

Pay:

• Base pay starting at $19.50/hr for candidates with a Bachelor degree
• Experience credit added to base pay
• $1,560 annual increase for Master degree
• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Position:

Seeking a passionate Direct Care Professional experienced with children with learning differences and mental health challenges.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Saturday, 11pm-9am (4, 10-hour shifts)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-minute walkthroughs to ensure student safety
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, cleaning
• Maintain safety by securing doors and monitoring campus
• Apply problem-solving skills
• Implement developmentally appropriate instruction
• Communicate with team members and healthcare professionals
• Uphold campus values of fairness, honesty, respect, responsibility, kindness
• Create a safe and nurturing environment

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• 1 year experience in Human Services with children and adolescents
