Qualifications

• CPR certification required (within last two years)
• Physical examination within last year
• 2-step TB test within last year

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship such as grocery shopping and attending doctor’s appointments
• Light housework including dishes, laundry and vacuuming
