Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking Direct Care/Companion professionals in Allentown, PA to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This independent contractor 1099 opportunity offers flexible hours and community-based work.

You will assist with daily living skills, help individuals participate in community activities, and may occasionally use Telehealth to provide support, with weekly pay and a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing and able to drive individuals in personal car throughout the community.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and existing insurance.
• Must be willing to complete background checks.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
