Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with disabilities in activities of daily living and home care
• Dress, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments
• Provide personal care assistance including grooming and bathing
• Monitor health needs and report changes to supervisor
• Support with meals, light cleaning, shopping, and transportation
