HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Direct Admit. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with standards and collaborate with providers to support outcomes and the organization’s mission.

You will assess patients on admission and during shifts, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families while upholding compassionate, evidence-based practices in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• BCLS/BLS within 30 days of employment start.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in medical records.
• Provide timely, compassionate patient care and respond to requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up plans.
