  • Cross-Functional Data Leadership: Partner closely with our Commercial Technology & Solutions, Market Engagement, Commercial AI Capabilities, Patient CoE, and Brand teams to ensure the right data infrastructure, governance, and quality are in place to support advanced analytics.

  • Extensive hands-on experience working with patient-level healthcare data sets (e.g., claims data, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy data, Rx/fulfillment data).
  • Proven ability to productize analytics-translating ad-hoc models into scalable, repeatable data products or modular capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and translating complex data into strategic business recommendations for non-technical leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage technical resources and drive cross-functional alignment.
