Job summary

Holding Hands OpCo LLC is seeking a Developmental Interventionist in Rosemead, CA for a part-time role. You will deliver DIR®/Floortime™ interventions across home, school, clinic, and community settings as part of a collaborative clinical team.

The role focuses on relationship-based care to support social, emotional, and developmental growth in children, with opportunities to transition to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (in a related field).
• Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation required
• 1 year of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIR®/Floortime™ intervention
• Facilitate social, emotional, and developmental growth through play-based interactions
• Implement individualized, relationship-based activities tailored to each client
• Support communication, emotional regulation, and social connection
• Encourage independence, self-expression, and choice-making
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a nurturing, flexible, and supportive environment
