Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in the Compass Group USA family is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily foodservice operations for a 137-bed long-term care facility with an on-site retail cafe. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and own profitability and talent development.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and the ability to implement culinary programs in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams, while maintaining high standards of patient

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills. Foodservice management experience is essential.
• Budgeting, profitability and client relationship management experience preferred.
• BS Hospitality degree preferred; healthcare foodservice background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Servicesyou will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations for a 137-bed long term care facility with a retail cafe on-site. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
