Job summary

The Vines Hospital in Ocala, FL seeks a Dietary Services Director to lead all activities of the Dietary Department, ensuring high quality food service for patients, guests, and staff.

You will oversee purchasing, staff training, sanitation, and budget management, foster a positive hospital culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to promote high performance within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of direct experience are required.
• CDM or CFPP certification is required.
• Healthcare dietary leadership experience is preferred.
