The facility is looking for a Director of Dietary/Food Services who will be responsible for directing and overseeing the overall operations of nutrition services for patients and employees. This role is responsible for assuring quality nutritional services are provided daily in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner by developing, managing, and maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with administrative directives, physician's orders, patient care plan orders, patient care plans, professional and regulatory standards. Additionally, this role manages the operation of the Dietary Department including food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean up and oversees equipment maintenance, record keeping and all sanitation activities.
