This position is responsible for enterprise leadership and governance of data security capabilities. The role ensures sensitive data is identified, classified, protected, and monitored across the enterprise in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and the evolving threat landscape. This role partners closely with Technology, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and business leaders to reduce data-centric risk while enabling secure data usage at scale.
Areas of responsibility include Data Loss Prevention, data classification, data security management, and data integrity controls across on-premises and cloud environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or related field and 10 years of experience in Information Security, Data Security, or related disciplines, or14 years equivalent experience 5 years of leadership or people-management experience
Deep understanding of data protection, Data Loss Prevention, data classification, and data integrity concepts
Knowledge of data security controls across on-premises and cloud environments
Oversee budgets and resource allocation supporting enterprise data security objectives
Translate data security risk into business-relevant priorities and decisions
Ensure data security investments align to risk reduction and regulatory obligations

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Base Pay Range $133,400.00 - $247,700.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
