Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Faith-Based Fundraising Consultant for the Central Region. The role involves managing parish campaigns, working on-site Monday–Friday, and coordinating with pastors, staff, and volunteers to drive fundraising goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, public speaking ability, and a passion for mission-driven work. Travel and relocation support are provided as part of the campaign assignments.

Qualifications

• Willingness to temporarily relocate within the Central Region for assignments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across audiences
• Strong storytelling and public speaking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns effectively
• Strong analytical mindset with fundraising and nonprofit experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and materials
• Manage and train volunteer groups
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress
• Coach leaders on fundraising best practices
• Contribute insights into philanthropic trends
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday–Friday, with evenings and some weekend commitments
