Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is seeking a Dining Systems Supervisor in Ridgefield, WA. The role focuses on coordinating patient meal service, tray assembly, and ensuring staff readiness to deliver high-quality dining on call services.

Monday–Friday, full-time schedule, with training flexibility and schedule adaptability. Responsibilities include overseeing Nutrition Operators and Dining on Call staff, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions, and maintaining accurate patient meals and documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing district support, catering, and ordering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and tray assembly, delivery and pickup.
• Ensure staff are trained and scheduled to provide service.
• Oversee staff and daily/weekly activities of Dining on Call service.
• Communicate patient dietary needs and preferences to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and post staff schedules and update job flows as needed.
