Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 to 6 Months experience in a high volume dining environment or residential clinical dining environment.
• Florida Safe Staff certification required or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer service according to established standards.
• Provide friendly, caring, professional and timely table service.
• Serve residents' meals according to meal tickets.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Wash dishes, cut deserts and prepare items for the next meal period or day.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by supervisor.
