Job summary

Villanova University is seeking a Dining Supervisor for the Cascia Cabrini Campus to oversee daily dining operations and uphold quality standards. You will manage schedules, supervise staff, and act on behalf of the manager as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3 years of food/service experience, strong organizational and training skills, and a ServSafe certification is preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month role in Villanova, PA with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years minimum experience in food and/or customer service.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Background in food service, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily staff performance and ensures quality and sanitation.
• Inventory, requisition items, and manage par levels.
• Assist managers with schedules and staff assignments.
• Train staff and contribute to performance evaluations.
