Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan nutritionally balanced menus based on regional templates and resident preferences.
• Oversee dining room service, setup, service and cleanup with high hospitality standards.
• Order supplies weekly based on menu, budget, inventory and storage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for dining services and sanitation schedules.
• Train staff and conduct performance evaluations; manage staffing to meet budget.
• Collaborate with other departments for events and resident move-ins.
