Job summary

Waterford Grand, part of Cascade Living Group, seeks a Dishwashers (Dining Services Associate) to support residents with nutritious meals in a collaborative setting. You will work in a fast-paced dining services team, ensuring a clean kitchen and timely meal prep assistance.

Openings include full- and part-time shifts, with day and swing hours between 7am–7:30pm. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are helpful as you contribute to a culture of wellness and service.

Qualifications

• Experience washing dishes or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe kitchen including washing dishes, cleaning floors, taking out trash and stocking the refrigerator.
• Properly distribute and store away food.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Work in a team environment where communication is key.
