Job summary

Flik Hospitality, a unit of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day dining account operations and lead a team of associates. You will manage client relations, ensure high-quality food, and drive menus, budgeting and program rollouts.

Responsibilities include sustaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with the Chef and management for menus, overseeing P&L and budgets, and launching new culinary initiatives across the account.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
