Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and train Dining Services staff in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee timekeeping records and payroll coordination with the Business Office Manager.
• Maintain equipment, ensure sanitation, and enforce safety policies.
• Provide engaging dining experiences that delight residents and guests.
• Ensure menus follow approved recipes and nutritional standards; dietician sign-off when applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned per full job description.
