Flik Hospitality Group in New York is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee the account, lead a team, and drive client relations, culinary programs, budgeting, and P&L performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive foodservice management experience.
• High-volume food production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining operations and manage, motivate, and develop a team of associates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, guests, and internal departments.
• Partner with the Chef and management team on menu development and execution of high-quality food programs.
• Oversee account P&L, budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Lead the rollout of new culinary programs, initiatives, and service enhancements.
• Ensure consistent standards for food quality, service, sanitation, and overall guest experience.
• Support high-volume production and catering operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the overall management of the account, including team leadership, client relations, culinary programs, budgeting, and P&L performance. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who can balance exceptional hospitality with strong business results.

Salary $105000 - $115000 / year

Key Responsibilities
