Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account and lead a team of associates. You will manage client relations and ensure superior-quality food offerings while rolling out culinary programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining relations with customers, with the Chef and management in menu development, overseeing P&L and budgeting, and driving innovation across the account.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
