Inspired Living at Alpharetta is hiring Culinary Utility Workers to help create a warm dining experience for residents. You will set tables, serve meals, clear and reset for the next service, and assist the kitchen team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

We value energetic, dependable team players who communicate well with residents and guests. No formal culinary degree required, but a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents and guests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Mansioni

• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Set tables, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, clear tables, and reset for the next service.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and dining equipment.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist the kitchen team and cooks with service tasks as needed.
• Follow special diet requirements and dining standards.
• Listen to residents and resolve dining concerns for a positive meal experience.
• Support efficient meal service with friendly hospitality.
