Job summary

Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is seeking an energetic Dining Services Associate to join our compassionate team. The role involves kitchen duties, assembling and delivering meals, and assisting with snacks for patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves between-meal snacks for patients.
• Washes and handles food service items, cleans and loads machines that sanitize items.
• Cleans floors, work areas, tables, and cabinets.

6am -2pm or 12pm - 8pm. Must be available to work every other Sat. & Sun.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned. May assemble prepared foods for regular or modified diet trays and deliver trays to serving areas. May prepare and serve between meal snacks for patients. May work the tray line, tend and load machines that clean food service items, or hand wash items that are not machine washable. May clean floors, work areas, tables, and cabinets.

Job qualifications include but are not limited to:
