Juniper Springs Senior Living - Redmond, OR - JN is seeking a Dining Services Assistant/Server to provide compassionate service to elders and guests, take meal orders, and maintain clean dining areas. You will prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary standards and safety policies, ensuring a welcoming and safe dining experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to infection control.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willing to learn and work within a team environment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Serve elders and guests, take orders for meals, and clean tables after meals.
• Prepare and serve meals for the dietary department in a safe and appetizing method in compliance with dietary standards, policy, and procedures.
• Clean the kitchen, wash dishes, and return food to proper storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure snacks are available to elders with special dietary needs.
