Job summary

Lake Andes Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Assistant to join our dining services team. Part-time shifts include 6:00a-2:00p and 4:00p-8:00p with rotating weekends and holidays, providing friendly, resident-focused service in a warm community setting.

You will assist with meal prep and serving, maintain sanitation, follow resident meal plans, and work with teammates to ensure smooth dining operations while communicating positively with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Dining Services Assistant assists with the preparation and serving of thoughtfully presented meals to our residents. You will work as part of a team to maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow guidelines of resident meal plans, all while communicating positively with team members and residents.
