Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Food Service Worker for Hillcrest Nutrition Services to provide table service to residents, take orders, and deliver meals as part of a personalized care plan. You will help with day-to-day dietary needs and support residents during meals, activities, and appointments.

Essential duties include greeting residents, assisting with meal service, maintaining clean dining areas, and helping with other restaurant tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification due within 2 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1 year caregiver or aide experience in ALF, LTC, SNF or hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and seat them; ensure table is clean and stocked with utensils and napkins.
• Assist with meal service, catering, or special events.
• Orient new residents to dining room and care plans as directed.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to resident satisfaction; return any incorrect orders to kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized dining area and staff workspaces; stock areas with utensils and supplies.
• Perform other dining room tasks and assist with coffee area and dishware as needed.
