The role involves taking and delivering orders, assisting with menu choices, maintaining a clean dining area, and performing opening/closing duties. Training includes Sunrise systems usage, safety and sanitation compliance, and participating in pre-meal briefings.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
