Covenant Living and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Dining Services Server to deliver prompt, courteous service to residents and guests during meals. You will assist with serving, bussing, light prep, and event support in the dining room and related areas.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and a current Food Handler’s Permit. Prior food service experience and ServSafe training are beneficial. Join a team dedicated to care.
We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! The Dining Services Server is accountable for providing prompt, courteous service to all residents and guests in the dining room during meal times. The Dining Services Server will perform serving, cleaning, hospitality, and waiting / bussing tables. Will service the Dining Room, as well as meetings and other special events requiring dining services. May also prepare salads and desserts as directed.
May be required to lift or carry equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, reaching, pulling / pushing, and long periods walking and/or standing. May be required to stand, sit, twist, bend, squat, kneel or crouch when performing job duties. Must possess adequate sight and hearing to meet the responsibilities of this position.
#Dining Compensation Pay Range: $16.06 - $20.88 per hour
Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $16.06 - $20.88 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
