Job summary

The Waters is seeking a server to provide upscale, professional dining services to our community residents and guests. You will respond to resident and guest requests in a timely, courteous manner, while reflecting The Waters’ values in every interaction.

Weekends availability is preferred as part of a friendly, caring team that supports our seniors. Prior hospitality experience is appreciated, but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them.
