Job summary

Brookridge A Thrive More Community is seeking a Server to provide friendly, timely dining service to residents and guests. You will take orders, greet guests, inform them of daily specials, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prior serving experience, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule (12pm-8pm). A strong focus on hospitality and appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and present the menu.
• Inform guests about daily specials and changes.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders via pads or POS.
• Perform basic cleaning as directed by supervisor.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
• Enter special requirements in the POS for orders.
• Coordinate with bus staff and kitchen for smooth operation.
• Serve food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain proper dining experience and replenish items as needed.
• Close the shift on the POS terminal.
