Qualifications

• Previous dining services or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and residents' health needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and food prep areas per health guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm, social dining atmosphere and note preferences.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve service quality.
