Job summary

The Waters in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a warm, professional Server to provide upscale dining for residents and guests. You will respond to requests promptly and represent The Waters with courtesy and care during every interaction.

No prior experience required, though hospitality experience is a plus. You will help create a fun, engaging environment and connect with residents and their families during visits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support an upscale dining experience and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.
