Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Dedham is seeking a friendly Dining Server to deliver meals to residents in a caring and timely manner on a daily schedule. You will coordinate with the kitchen and care team to ensure meals are served safely, neatly, and per resident needs, while maintaining cleanliness and excellent service standards.

Experience in assisted living or food service is preferred. This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and the chance to grow within Charter's resident-centered

Qualifications

• Requires experience with residents in assisted living or comparable settings.
• Ability to deliver meals and assist residents courteously and safely.
• Works well with kitchen and care teams to maintain service quality.

• Monitor residents during meal service to ensure safety and order.

SUMMARY:

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will be accountable to monitor the activities and behavior of all residents in your Resident Group so that the care, services, and activities of each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.
