Job summary

Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Server in the Dining Department to perform designated work and cleaning routines, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures under the Dining Room Manager.

This full-time position requires interacting effectively with residents and staff and delivering food and beverages promptly and courteously to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department.
• The Lead Server is in charge of making sure that all job tasks in serving and cleaning are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures.
• S/he performs duties under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided to meet the needs of residents
