Job summary

KindCare Assisted Living of Bristol is seeking a friendly Dining Server to deliver breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service to residents. You will work as part of a compassionate dining team, ensuring meals are served with warmth and in keeping with residents' routines.

Experience in assisted living or healthcare food service is preferred. The role offers stable hours, flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within Charter Senior Living's care-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or healthcare food service preferred.
• Ability to serve meals with warmth and professionalism.
• Flexible to work breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents in assigned groups.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and caregiving team to ensure timely service.
• Maintain clean dining areas and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

SUMMARY:

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will be accountable to monitor the activities and behavior of all residents in your Resident Group so that the care, services, and activities of each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.
