Responsibilities

• Support Servers and Bartenders by running food and beverages.
• Maintain dining room and stations during the shift.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly.
• Assist with stocking glassware, silverware, and service items.
• Monitor guest needs—refilling water and responding to requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
