Job summary

Summit-Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to help set up and reset dining rooms, clear tables, pour water, and assist during service.

You will work with servers, maintain glassware, balance multiple plates, and support guests with efficient, hospitable service. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Salary range posted is $11 to $13 per hour plus gratuities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a support or server role in a full-service restaurant preferred, but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.

• Demonstrate a passion for food and hospitality with a sound understanding of menu items including preparations, ingredients, and plating.
• Follow proper steps of service, delivering food to our members and guests in an accurate, efficient, and hospitable manner.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the kitchen and service teams at all times.
• Support the team with setup, breakdown, and any additional needs to ensure a smooth and successful service period.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success.
