Job summary

Grand Portage Lodge-Island View Restaurant is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining room staff and coordinate service in a guest-focused environment.

You will work with management to meet and exceed guest expectations, supervise servers and hosts, and ensure smooth operation. A high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are required; background checks and pre-employment drug testing apply. American Indian Preference will apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in all Dining Room and Kitchen positions is an asset.
• Background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• American Indian Preference will apply.
